I love being able to stay home,

and knit, while I watch tv!

I will be doing a craft sale in Sherwood park, at the presbyterian church

sacks and tubes

I am not a photographer-

well, I am a very amature one-

I am definitely not a pro photographer,

I just love to make the props, so I just wanted to share something I was thinking about with my baby tubes and sacks-

they are quite stretchy,

so in order to get a bit of a thinner look, more see through, just pull the fabric a bit tighter around the baby, and tuck the excess under.

I would love to share any tips anyone has with using props to make them more versatile!

which is fitting for me right now- since it is still very much winter in my part of the world! and I was thinking it would be fun to give one away!
it is newborn sized, made with slightly off white fuzzy nubby yarn.

surprised!

so yesterday I was wasting some time-

checking out some blogs,

and I happened upon Elsie's blog-a beautiful mess

where I happened to see this picture-

and I thought - wow- that really looks like one of my hats.

but I knew that Elsie didn't buy it ( I would have remembered that!)

then she had a link at the bottom of the post- to her friends blog, who she took some pictures of her baby for, so I then went to skunk boy creatures,

who had indeed bought a few of my hats,

and there I found this super cute picture!

what a fun surprise to come across while wasting time on the internet!

sorry, I have been neglecting this blog-

and my shop is looking pretty sad too.

I am working hard at finishing up a few orders,

then I will be loading the shop up again.

I just got a load of fine mohair yarn for some wraps, and peek wraps,

and hopefully some new cute headbands!

now I just need to find some extra time!
